Congress president Rahul Gandhi has slammed Union minister Anantkumar Hegde for his comments that a “the hand that touches a Hindu woman must not exist”. Hegde also attacked Congress leader Dinesh Gundu Rao for his reaction and even targeted Rao’s wife.
